Deportation / Removal Order

A deportation order is a removal order issued by the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) to remove an individual from Canada. In Canada, deportation orders are issued by the IRB when they find that an individual is inadmissible to enter or remain in Canada.

The IRB has the authority to issue a deportation order against any foreign national who has not been granted refugee protection and who is found to be inadmissible on grounds of security, violating human or international rights, serious criminality, criminality, organized criminality or being a danger to the public.

A deportation order is issued by the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) in Canada. It is a legal document that informs the person being deported that they must leave Canada within a certain period of time.

In some cases, people are given a deportation removal order because they have been convicted of criminal offenses. In other cases, it is because the person has violated immigration rules or conditions of stay.

A deportation removal order can be issued for any number of reasons, including:

Canada is a country that welcomes immigrants from all over the world. But, if you are not a citizen of Canada, you can be deported if you are convicted of a crime and sentenced to more than six months in prison.

If someone is ordered to leave Canada, they have 60 days to appeal the decision before they are removed from the country.
